Chicken Stew Wot – So I have to confess that memories of my ex raving about his uncle’s family renowned wot inspired me to try it out. Due to me having some minor stomach issues earlier and because frankly I’m just not Bourdain open-minded enough yet, I decided against the raw beef wot and therefore stuck with the stewed chicken. Safe choice it proved to be and was decent. Never been a fan of the injera bread but it is a necessary utensil when dining Ethiopian/all hands style. Also had the cabbage which was pretty tasty.
