So the hit the spot dinner had to be without question topped with a “force you to stay for another hour because it’s so incredible” dessert and coffee moment.The desserts quite respectively lived up to the infamous Louie pastries reputation. The beignets were argued over for nearly 15 minutes before finally being ordered, overall being well worth the debate. From going back and forth about hazelnut tarts, creme brulees with and without the fruit, pb terrines, and about a trillion various macaroons flavors, the beignets finally won and were accompanied by caramel macchiato and latte. It was a heavenly combination that alone gave you enough reason to come back to this place at least every weekend. Sunday if possible. I heard the brunch is to die for.
