Every circle has a friend or acquaintance that places more scrutiny over food, restaurant and oftentimes hotel experiences than anyone else. Well that someone is me. Having worked in restaurant food sales distribution and marketing for over 3 years, food fuels me (every bit of pun intended). In the escalating blogosphere, I have elected to go with the blog that tackles the obsession head-on that I am faced with on an everyday basis. In my previous line of work as a National Program Manager for marketing promotions, I travelled a lot. Within this travel I ate out more than the average Joan. Several per diems and stipends later, I was put into foodie bliss or diss. So this blog is essentially here to edutain you on some of my outings, adventures and experiences in the world of food. More specifically it is to introduce you to my world of obsessions which lie within fat, sugar, carbs, caffeine, and beverages that could strengthen the heart or seal up a womb. Depending on my appetite and budget, the food variations may go from greasy to healthy, happy hour to a la carte, or brown paper bag and styrofoam to white linen and China. My foodie adventures are completely indiscriminate yet entertaining. So enjoy. Just don’t visit this site on an empty stomach.
